Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us when you visit credoventra.com or use our information services about real estate crowdlending.

The data controller of your personal data is Credoventra S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892456-3, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under No. 18,456/2023. You can contact us at privacy@credoventra.com for any query related to this policy.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the newsletter subscription form: name and email. Additionally, we collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and usage data, through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (i) send you information about new real estate projects and platform news; (ii) respond to enquiries; (iii) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Argentina; (iv) improve the website and services; and (v) prevent fraud and abuse.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when submitting the form, on the execution of pre-contractual measures and on compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with Argentine National Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to its processing, by writing to privacy@credoventra.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority in Argentina and you can file complaints before it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version on this site, indicating the date of the last update.
